2015–2018 Ford Edge / 2016–2018 Lincoln MKX
- Issue: Rear brake hose may rupture, reducing braking ability.
- Units affected: 499,129
- Fix: Remedy in development.
2025 Ford Explorer / Lincoln Aviator
- Issue: Trailer tail lights may fail to illuminate.
- Units affected: 213,121
- Fix: Dealers to inspect and replace modules.
2024–2026 Ford Ranger
- Issue: Side curtain airbags may tear on deployment.
- Units affected: 100,900
- Fix: Installation of protective shielding.
Notices to affected owners will begin rolling out throughout September and October 2025.
