Cheri Johnson is an associate attorney at our firm. Ms. Johnson is well-versed in consumer warranty litigation, has handled dozens of lemon law cases, and has prepared numerous cases for trial. Prior to being admitted to the California Bar, Ms. Johnson worked as a senior law clerk for a large lemon law firm where she prepared motions, gathered discovery, and assisted with trial preparation. Ms. Johnson graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional Technical Writing and Political Science. Ms. Johnson was a Dean Scholar in law school and graduated with a specialized degree in litigation. While pursuing her Juris Doctorate at Golden Gate School of Law, Ms. Johnson received the CALI award for her services at the Women’s Employment Rights clinic. Ms. Johnson also served as a certified law clerk for two years at the San Francisco Public Defender’s office where she was selected to second chair in multiple felony and misdemeanor trials
