Daniel Law is an associate at CCA with over a decade of experience representing clients in civil matters. After gaining initial experience advocating for plaintiffs in employment and personal injury matters, Mr. Law has spent over half his career focused exclusively on consumer warranty litigation under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and federal Magnussen-Moss Warranty Act. Throughout that time, Mr. Law has litigated and ultimately resolved hundreds of lemon law matters with positive results for his clients.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Mr. Law graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in History, and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Mr. Law clerked for the San Diego Alternate Public Defender’s office. Outside of law, Mr. Law enjoys going to the beach, hiking, camping, fishing, and playing musical instruments.
